The House is located in a quiet street in the Oasis neighborhood of Casablanca. Like the city, the Studio wanted a simple white house, that combines both modernism and functionalism.

The clients were involved in the making process of the house, which made designing and building the project more interesting and challenging.

The ergonomics of the house and everyday use were the main things to conceder in the design pattern.

The house is conceived in two volumes.

The first volume on the ground floor includes a double-height living room, dining room, guest cloakroom, and a kitchen.

The second volume is on the first floor which hosts family living spaces such as bedrooms, TV room, hammam, gym, etc.

As the main facade is facing the south, the studio created concrete awning and motorized louvers to control sun access throughout the year.

The infinity pool with green Bali stone links the two levels of the house and is seen from every corner of it.

Most of the flooring in and out of the house is made with the same limestone which creates a peaceful atmosphere.
